App Name: Today’s Top 5

This Privacy Policy describes how Today’s Top 5 (“the App”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) handles information when you use our iOS application.

Information We Collect

Data Stored Locally

The App stores the following data locally on your device only:

• Tasks: Task titles, completion status, dates, and priority order
• Daily Records: Aggregated daily statistics (number of tasks completed, added, moved)
• Settings: Your preferred reminder times and onboarding status

This data is stored using Apple’s SwiftData framework and never leaves your device. We do not have access to your tasks or any personal information.

Notifications

The App uses local notifications (not push notifications) to send you daily planning and progress reminders. Notification preferences are stored locally. No notification data is sent to any server.

Advertising

The App uses Google AdMob to display banner advertisements. Google AdMob may collect certain data as described in Google’s Privacy Policy.

Information that Google AdMob may collect includes:

• Device identifiers (e.g., Advertising ID)
• IP address
• General location (derived from IP)
• App usage data (ad interactions)
• Device information (model, OS version)

Google may use this information to serve personalized or non-personalized ads depending on your device settings and consent. You can opt out of personalized advertising by:

1. Going to Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking on your iOS device
2. Disabling “Allow Apps to Request to Track”

Information We Do Not Collect

We do not collect, store, or transmit:

• Your name, email, or contact information
• Account or login credentials (the App has no accounts)
• Location data
• Health data
• Financial data
• Photos, contacts, or other personal files
• Analytics or usage tracking beyond what Google AdMob collects

Data Storage and Security

All App data (tasks, settings, daily records) is stored locally on your device using Apple’s SwiftData framework. Data is protected by your device’s built-in security features, including:

• Device passcode / Face ID / Touch ID
• iOS data encryption

If you delete the App, all locally stored data is permanently removed.

Children’s Privacy

The App is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Google AdMob is configured to comply with applicable regulations.

Your Rights

Since all task data is stored locally on your device, you have full control:

• Access: View your data at any time within the App
• Delete: Delete individual tasks via swipe, or delete all data by removing the App

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected by an updated “Effective Date” at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.
